Payment & Registration Updates

• Children 3 & Under do not have to pay the $50 registration fee
• Children 3 & Under will have to pay $9.95 (cash) to enter the VA Marine Science Center. Children under three are admitted FREE. The $9.95 fee will be due at time of reunion check-in.
• Children three and under will be allowed to eat FREE at Captain George's, Golden Corral, & Old Country Buffet
• JULY 1, 2005 is the deadline for turning in registration fees & forms. Family members and friends, please meet this deadline. We must place orders for the t-shirts and frames by July 3, 2005 which is pushing it very close to our August reunion deadline.

Schedule & Event Updates

• Children ages 4-12 are allowed to go to the Old Country Buffet. We are aware that most three year and under children are not comfortable leaving their parents at that age. If need be, those age groups will be allowed to go as well. Please ensure that your child eat a good meal at the resturant as this will be the last meal of the day.
• Captain George's does have menu items that small children will enjoy. We will have to pay Mr McGee for every plat, therefore Linda and I hope the $300 reunion gift donated by our family members in Camden, NJ and surrounding areas will offset the Friday and Saturday meal price.
• After the Marine Science Museum field trip, we will have about 2.5 hours to enjoy the ocean front, boardwalk, and giftshops on Atlantic Ave. Some activities available are:
  • Kiddie Amusement Rides
  • Parasailing
  • Water Rides
  • Bungie & Parasaling Water Rides

Additional Information

• The VA Marine Science Center does not provide stollers. Please bring a lightweight stroller with you for this event.
• Please bring a lightweight jacket or shirt for the cool temperatures of the VA Marine Science Center
• All family members must be listed on the registration form included in your packets
• T-shirts on the registration form (1 per household) - please list the t-shirt sizes next to the age in the age section
• Because we have very little space & kitchen facilities, we highly recommend you have fruits and snacks in your room. We will constantly be on the go, so it would be a good idea to bring plenty of bottled waters as well.
• All 70 rooms in the orginal hotels have been reserved. We still have plenty of room left in our sister hotel (Best Western on Military Highway). This hotel does not have kitchen facilities. To contact the Best Western, please call 757-461-6600. All rooms must be reserved by May 1, 2005 in order to receive the $99 reunion rate. The rooms are going fast, so reserve today!
